5. Copyright & Usage

• We retain full copyright of all images captured, in accordance with copyright law.

• Clients receive a license for personal use only unless a commercial use license is explicitly granted.

• You may not sell, edit, or alter the images without our written consent.

• We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless you request in writing that your images not be used.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for the session.

• It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions or permits for locations.

• For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present and sign a model release form.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, accidents, or venue issues.

• In the rare case of equipment failure or loss of images, liability is limited to a reshoot or a refund of payments made.

8. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Full refunds are only issued in the case of a cancellation by the photographer or a failure to deliver services as agreed.

• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with poses or expressions.

Our Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those websites.

10. Modifications
